Good meals usually not to long to be served. Good staff. Need more 'handle' pint glasses.

I’m giving two stars because the serving staff were lovely, helpful and very apologetic.

I’m one of those people who will eat anything if I’m hungry, even if it’s not so great. And I was hungry when I came here with my dad. However, I simply couldn’t force down what they called a wild mushroom risotto (the only vegetarian hot meal option, apart from chips). I never knew it was possible to make a ‘risotto’ out of mushy cardboard with the consistency and taste of lumpy paste, with a fistful of dried-out rocket that I imagine had been held in the sweaty fist of the teenage cook while he had a cigarette out the back. The worst meal I’ve been served in a long time. I had to request a full refund and leave without eating. And the atmosphere of a sports bar didn’t help either.
